Alanna Scott Delaney
Founder & CEO
Alanna Scott Delaney is the Founder and CEO of DARA. With a background in Computer Science from McGill University, she brings a unique blend of venture capital and deep technical expertise to the company. Her track record includes leading platform rebuilds, implementing GDPR compliance, developing AI/ML models, and scaling companies from a single employee to over fifteen. She has secured major enterprise partnerships, designed data tools for the European Space Agency, and successfully guided clients through NYSE and NASDAQ filings.

Jon Zlotnik
Co-Founder and CTO
Jonathan brings deep technical and security expertise to DARA as an experienced software engineer and applied cryptographer. His industry work spans developing cryptographic systems for enterprise environments, advancing cloud security architectures, streamlining identity management solutions, and extending enterprise security tooling. Jonathan excels at proof-of-concept development and highly innovative projects, consistently pushing the boundaries of cloud technology and security infrastructure. His cryptographic background is directly relevant to DARA's privacy-first architecture and approach to being post-quantum ready.

Gilbert Hill
Data Protection Officer
Gilbert Hill is a leading expert in data governance and serves as DPO to DARA. He is an Industry Commissioner to the UK's Data & Marketing Regulator, where he plays a key role in shaping data protection standards. Gilbert also chairs the Responsible Marketing Committee for the Digital Markets Act and is a member of the UK Regulators & AI working group. His extensive experience includes advising major organisations like Natwest Group and Unilever on data governance.
